Redfinch is a London based development management and investments company specialising in boutique residential developments and planning uplifts in Greater London and the Home Counties.We strive to work with the best architects, landscapers, designers and constructors, to deliver high quality, sustainable, design led homes where people love to live and work. The Team
Redfinch Investments was founded by a team of experienced property and finance professionals who share a long-standing track record. Individually they have participated in the development of £250 million of real estate between 2015 and 2020. Collectively, they possess more than 75 years of experience in property development, construction and finance.
Alexander Daws
Director
Alex has 20+ years of experience in senior management roles within the construction industry. He has worked on residential projects with major contractors such as Wates Group and Higgins Construction. He brings a wealth of deal negotiation and development acumen to the team and will be involved in deal sourcing, evaluation, pre-development planning and con-struction. Alex previously founded and built a main contracting business focused on residential developments in London.
Dr. Joe Giordano OMRI MRICS MCIPR
Director
Joe is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has spent his career advising banks and developers on some of the largest projects in the UK and Europe. He brings 20 years of experience to Redfinch, as a property developer and investor, but also as a director of a number of construction companies, including a main contractor and electrical subcontractor plus Chartered Quantity surveying advisory business and brings a total development understanding of a project cycle, which includes funding of projects and their exit strategies. Joe sits on the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor’s Construction I Surv editorial board and was the lead author on the RICS Project Monitoring Guidance note, and as acted as an expert witness in the High Court on the service.
Clemens Stromeyer
Advisor
Clemens has 20+ years of experience in corporate finance and managing startups & SMEs. After working in M&A at Credit Suisse First Boston and Charterhouse in London, Clemens held finance and management roles in online media, retail, eCommerce and fintech. completing the first compliant security token offering for equity in a UK property company in 2018. Clemens advises the company on finance and its business operations.
